You’re driving at normal speed, not texting, not sleepy, and suddenly, the SUV in front of you swerves to the left. You hit the brakes upon seeing there’s a huge truck that stopped in the middle of the road, right in front of you. Your car smashes into it. It’s totaled.
The police enter the scene. They find out the truck driver’s license is fake, and the registration for his truck is expired. The truck driver cannot pay for the damages, because he doesn’t have 100,000 pesos. Well, it turns out he doesn’t even have to pay for the damages, because apparently, it’s YOUR FAULT.
