Curious Cat

Yakiniku SEIYUZAN (焼肉銘菜 星遊山) dinner - we ascended to the 41st floor of Shiodome City Center in Ginza and had the best Yakiniku we’ve ever had, overlooking the Rainbow Bridge and Ginza’s neon lights. All thanks, once again, to our best Japanese family friend, Inami-san.

For the first time, I tried matsusaka beef (松阪牛 Matsusaka-ushi, also “Matsuzaka beef”), which is supposedly one of the most famous beef types both in Japan and internationally, with a high fat-to-meat ratio. It’s a black-haired wagyū, originating in the Matsusaka region of Mie, Japan. Locally, Matsusaka beef is considered one of the three top brands (known as “Sandai Wagyuu”, “the three big beefs”), along with Kobe beef and Ōmi beef or Yonezawa beef.

life of Yeni

"you, the great confidant. the robin to every batman, the satellite to every planet. you're a bright star shining behind the shadow of another. a great spectacle of magnificence dying to be discovered. a great enigma it is that no one cares to notice. that none dared to see through and beyond the lines and your flaws. a brilliant dancer waltzing away alone with little people who dared to watch.
