Seriously, where do these people come from? What goes on in their heads when they send these messages? ’I know we are destiny to be’ - did you say England?

A word of warning to you all: if you’re thinking about getting Wi-tribe PH as your internet provider, think again. This horrible company cost us a few thousands and gave us nothing but problems in return.
It started four months ago when we signed up for a one year subscription under this plan:

My sister and dad thought our internet at home wasn’t fast enough, and there was Wi-tribe, a new player, offering “super fast 4G” internet at a reasonable price.
A few days later, we realized what a big mistake that was. We could not download anything - music, video, torrents - except in the wee hours of the night/morning, and the signal was unacceptably slow. Did they expect us to leave our laptops on the whole night and waste electricity and risk over radiation just so we could download our movies and songs? Or did they just expect us to NOT SLEEP just to be able to download torrents and get faster signal?
A few days later, we had NO INTERNET SIGNAL AT ALL at home. My sister called them to complain, and they sent people to our house to fix the router.
A few days later, DOWN AGAIN.
My sister called to have it cancelled, and was responded to by extremely evasive and vague people who seemed not to know what to do because they would get reprimanded if they allowed her to disconnect and cancel the service with refund. She had to call 2-3 times to get somewhere.
It came to a point when somebody told her that they did not have a good router for the Magallanes area (where we live), that’s why we couldn’t get any signal. THEN WHY, may I ask, did they agree to provide us with an internet for a year if they knew they couldn’t deliver for our area anyway?? This is an unethical business practice! They were probably banking on the fact that we would be lazy to go through the long and tedious process of cancelling the plan and getting refund. They made sure to make it hard for us to do so.
Finally, Wi-tribe agreed to give us a refund, but a month later (January), we received a bill once again, asking us to pay for the internet service that we NO LONGER USE. Rather, ARE UNABLE to use.
My sister called for the Nth time, and once again, the customer service representatives were acting clueless and were telling us we still had to pay. We had to re-explain the situation how many times over to different people.
Until now, the situation is not completely resolved. We have since switched back to our former and hassle-free (at least, most of the time) provider. I will update this post when the issue comes to a conclusion, and I hope you learn from our mistake.
