These are pictures from my Beijing Trip last end of April/start of May:
On our fourth day in Beijing, we booked a trip up to the Mutianyu (慕田峪) section of the Great Wall of China. I’ve been looking forward to seeing the Great Wall for years, but when I finally got there, I was too tired and hot to appreciate it. I was only able to scale around 6 towers, and then I had to head back to the cable area to take the toboggan ride down from the wall on a winding metal track. Next time, I’ll go when it’s colder and at a more leisurely pace!

I can’t believe I’m going back to work tomorrow!! The weekend flew by so fast. I went to my mom’s hometown in Sta. Rita last Saturday for the fiesta, taking ten friends with me. It was super fun and tiring at the same time! More about this next time. For now, I need to clean my room and then rest, rest, rest~

"you, the great confidant. the robin to every batman, the satellite to every planet. you're a bright star shining behind the shadow of another. a great spectacle of magnificence dying to be discovered. a great enigma it is that no one cares to notice. that none dared to see through and beyond the lines and your flaws. a brilliant dancer waltzing away alone with little people who dared to watch.
